Duration: 6 months Interview Process: 1st round video interview, 2nd round in-person N ote: 15+ years of overall IT architecture, infrastructure, and/or administration experience this role now requires 15 years compared to the previous 10. Project Summary looking for a Lead Cloud Engineer to support the implementation, 24x7 operational support, automation, availability, and performance management of CareFirsts public cloud platforms. Essential Functions (80% Azure /10% AWS/10% Oracle Cloud). This infrastructure supports critical applications including Claims Processing, Enrollment, Financial and Portal Websites. Responsible for leading the evaluation of application and infrastructure cloud readiness, and work on the cloud migration plan to support on-premise migration to a cloud service This resource will be responsible for 1 week of 24/7 on call support every 10 weeks on a rotating basis. Top Five Skills Required 10+ years of overall IT architecture, infrastructure and/or administration experience 4+ years of hands-on experience in multi-cloud platforms (Storage, Network, Backup, Database Support) Azure VM experience required Broad foundational IT skillset including supporting Azure Cloud services, Linux/Windows Operating Systems, server configurations (including networking, storage and security principals) Hands-on automation and scripting experience Nice to have skills Azure Active Directory, Landing Zone, Microsoft Entra ID Azure Architect certification, Active Azure Administrator certification or Azure Cloud Fundamentals certification Prior healthcare payer experience PowerShell scripting experience Education Bachelor's Keywords: information technology Idaho West Virginia Lead Cloud Engineer|| DMV+WV candidates || Remote job [email protected] |
