Expert level/Minimum five (5) years experience in: a. .NET C# b. ASP.NET (WebForms / MVC) c. MS SQL Server (T-SQL / Stored Procedures) d. Power BI 2. Advance level/Minimum one (1) year experience in: a. CQRS design pattern used in microservices architecture b. M or DAX language with power query and report writing c. SSIS experience in building enterprise-level data integration and data transformations solutions. 3. Minimum one (1) year experience in: a. Documentation of technical requirements in project tracking system b. Building and executing test plans for software modifications 1. Programming experience in development and support: 2. Proficient command of written and spoken English, should demonstrate fluency in both oral and writing communications. 3. Experience in development relating to legislative or government business processes. 4. Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
