This role requires a dynamic, self-driven individual capable of hitting the ground running and effectively coordinating activities between business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Oracle Workday projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business goals. Coordinate and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
