Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle ERP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle ERP Financials, Procurement, and Project Management. You will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and solutions to meet the strategic objectives of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules, specifically Financials, Procurement, and Project Management, to align with business requirements. Provide expertise in Oracle ERP functionality and best practices to support and optimize business processes. Lead and participate in the testing and validation of Oracle ERP solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle ERP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP applications and integrations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and project management, to ensure seamless implementation and support of Oracle ERP solutions. Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP trends, features, and technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: State Client experience is a must. 5 8 years of experience working with Oracle ERP Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules. Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles. Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements and develop functional specifications. Experience with Oracle ERP configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in Oracle ERP is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading Oracle ERP implementations or upgrades. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of data migration and data management strategies in Oracle ERP. Certification in Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is highly desirable.
