| Hi, We have a job position for IT Systems Engineer. Location: Rochester, NY Job Description: New Role Top Skills Experience with Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager (EPM), Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) or industry equivalent tool set (example MS System Center). Knowledge of client operating systems (Windows, MACOS, iOS, Android). Ivanti EPM but SCCM is similar and needs advanced workstation support and image creation style skills. Scripting is needed Years Experience 5-10 years Where have candidates missed the mark experience creating and managing PC images. The previous candidates worked with pc images but none really created them and managed them. Overview The IT Systems Engineer will work in conjunction with Customer personnel for the following purposes. This role needs to be an IT resource who can work autonomously. The Technical Analyst will support Windows / Mac OS, and O365 related apps, as well as "End-user computing tools and infrastructure products. The Technical Analyst will maintain daily activities as a Level 2-3 Analyst resolving issues and providing support for requests, projects, and enhancements. Summary of Services: Vendor and/or its subcontractor shall provide staff augmentation services (referred to as the "Services for purposes of this SOW) at the Customer Site(s). Services will include: Provide advanced support for Desktop & Helpdesk escalations. Provide back up support for Windows 7, 10, 11 image creation and software application support. Desktop software deployment using EPM/ISM tools. Integration support between EPM and ISM tools Support for providing temporary and permanent admin services to the user for their desktop/laptop. Support for the Systems Management Services & tools. Overall management of the EPM tool.
