As a ServiceNow Architect, you'll lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with a proven track record in enterprise environments, and in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components. You'll need strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM modules, and experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential. This is an onsite role in the Washington DC metro area, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
