 Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Must be in PST/MST only

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Interview Mode: Video

Visa: USC/GC only

The job requires a strong knowledge of experience in the medical supply industry, data analysis, and optimizing processes. The responsibilities include analyzing
customer data, conducting competitive product analysis, collaborating with the sales team, and providing data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical supply chain and product, proficiency in Google Workspace/Suite, and
strong written and verbal English skills.

In this critical role, you will play a key part in our supply chain team, leveraging your medical supply product knowledge and analytical skills
to provide valuable insights into customer spending on medical supplies. You will use this information to analyze customers spending on medical supplies and competitors products in order to support Sales Reps to convert customers.  

Responsibilities and percentage of time in each responsibility bucket:

Analyze customer data, including monthly spend on medical supplies, product categories, competitors products and usage patterns.

Identify the products the customer orders, which  are currently available and alternatives for unavailable items. 

Identify trends in customer spending to understand buying behaviors, preferences for specific product categories and prioritize.

Conduct competitive product analysis to understand customers current ordering habits for various medical supplies and identify opportunities
for product replacement or swaps

Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies based on customer spending insights.

Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations and minimize
stockouts.

Generate reports outlining spending and product comparisons by account.  

To be successful you must have the following types required or preferred:

Must be able to work 7am - 4pm US Pacific time zone hours.

Strong written and verbal english

Proficient in Google Workspace/Suite, Slack, etc.

Medical supply chain and product experience.

Major US medical supply brand(s) manufacturer and distributor experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Skill Sets. Knowledge Of:

Startup company experience preferred 

Marketplace or E-Commerce experience preferred
