Drive supply chain performance improvements and losses eradication to increase customer order fulfillment and value perceived by customer. Coordinate with Mfg plant planners to expedite the production process, perform detailed analysis on capacity constraints and provide recommendations on improving the production capacity. Gather business requirements, design, implement reporting and analytics solutions for supply chain process. Work with cross functional stakeholders (Internal & external) to understand existing supply chain data and identify the ones to be tracked for driving business outcome. Work with team to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations. Coordinate with Mfg planners to release plan orders based on availability and mfg capacity, track the adherence and attainment and drive towards improvement. Should understand the importance to adhere the Ontime Production and perform RCA on delays and highlight the risk to business stakeholders. Good to have: Mechanical/ Manufacturing Background Green belt certification is an added advantage. Worked as a planner for an mfg process.
