The ideal candidate will have 10 to 14 years of experience in data modeling and will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data structures that support our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models. Required Skills:- Data Modeler Roles & Responsibilities : - Design and develop data models that align with business requirements and objectives. Oversee the implementation of data models to ensure they meet performance and scalability standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements. Provide expertise in data modeling techniques and best practices. Ensure data integrity and consistency across various data sources. Lead data architecture discussions and provide guidance on data management strategies. Develop and maintain documentation for data models and data architecture. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that support business decision-making. Work closely with data engineers and developers to implement data models. Monitor and optimize data models to improve performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Provide training and support to team members on data modeling tools and techniques. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data modeling and data architecture. Qualifications:- Possess a strong background in data modeling with at least 10 years of experience. Demonstrate expertise in data modeling tools and techniques. Have a deep understanding of data architecture and data management principles. Show proficiency in SQL and other database query languages. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models. Show experience in working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions. Have knowledge of data governance and data security best practices. Be familiar with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. Demonstrate the ability to lead data architecture discussions and provide strategic guidance. Show experience in documenting data models and data architecture.
