Responsibilities: Architect the Integration Symphony: Lead the charge on intricate OIC projects, translating client challenges into scalable, high-performance integration architectures. Deep dive into client systems and data landscapes, crafting optimal integration pathways. Own solution design from conception to deployment, ensuring security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Build the Bridges of Data: Mastermind the integrations, coding reusable and maintainable components with REST/SOAP services and diverse OIC connectors. Implement complex data transformations and mappings using tools like ODI. Rigorously test and optimize integrations, eliminating bugs and ensuring flawless data exchange. Champion Knowledge and Collaboration: Mentor junior developers, cultivating a collaborative environment and sharing your OIC expertise. Review and guide code for accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability. Contribute to knowledge base development and training initiatives, fostering continuous learning. Bridge the Communication Gap: Collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions, simplifying complexity for diverse audiences. Conduct product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing OIC's capabilities and driving buy-in. Stay Ahead of the Technology Curve: Actively monitor and adapt to the latest OIC advancements and best practices. Research and propose innovative solutions, leveraging OIC's full potential. Troubleshoot Like a Champion: Proactively identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. Analyze system logs and data patterns to diagnose and solve complex problems. Implement preventative measures to avoid future issues and maintain system stability. Optimize and Automate: Develop and implement reusable scripts and automation routines to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize integrations for best results. Manage with Expertise: Effectively manage project tasks and resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Required Work Experience: More than 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on OIC development and deployment. Proven experience leading and delivering complex integration projects using OIC. Technical Expertise: Expert-level: OIC development and deployment using various connectors and adapters. Data mapping and transformation techniques using tools like ODI. Cloud-based deployment and DevOps practices for OIC. Scripting languages like Shell or Python. Strong understanding of: REST/SOAP web services development and protocols. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Software design principles and architecture concepts. Version control systems (e.g., Git). Professional Expertise: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, unraveling complex integration challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills, building trust and relationships with diverse stakeholders. A passion for learning and continuous improvement, embracing new technologies and trends.
