From: Avek, Absoluting [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: HRIS Analyst with Success Factors--1 year contract--remote/work from home Only candidates from EST, CST or MST required (No West Coast candidates please) 100% remote working EST hours 40 hours per week Description: The HRIS Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SuccessFactors Talent Management System. Requirements: 2-4+ years in an HRIS role with in-depth experience of maintaining, enhancing and troubleshooting various HR systems Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment with changing priorities Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills Possess and maintains a positive and inquisitive attitude with excellent follow through on issues Demonstrates ability to build relationships, resolve problems, remove barriers, work independently & communicate effectively Responsibilities: Understands the HR business processes supported by the HR systems. Provides production support including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results or process flaws and providing guidance on process Performs system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate implementation of upgrade or fix. Performs rudimentary system configurations to support cyclical process activities and implementation of HR system upgrades or updates as needed Liaises HR and IT as well as 3rd party vendors; identifies and understands business processes and translates them into system functionality requirements. Provides guidance and information to business partners on system capabilities.
