Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Services / Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical support for PC, mobile, and hardware issues, as well as hands-on experience with office moves and meeting room support. The role involves a variety of tasks including hardware and software troubleshooting, asset management, and coordination with facility management and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills:

6 to 8 years of experience in Field Services / Onsite Support Services

Proficiency in PC/Mobile/Hardware Hands & Eyes support

Experience with Meeting Rooms & Events Support, Smart Hands, Collaboration & Telephony Equipment

Hands-on experience with Office Move Projects

Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating system (Windows 10)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 (Office 365)

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer

Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions

Experience in handling Windows Imaging Projects

Good knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting tools (nslookup, traceroute, ping, packet capture tools)

Knowledge of SCCM and Intune administration, mass OS deployments, and maintaining multiple OS images and hardware models

Familiarity with Microsofts OEM Pre-installation Kit (OPK) tools, PXE, and DHCP functionality

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users

Desirable Skills:

Strong documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project and Visio

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

High level of acceptance and adaptability to unforeseen situations

Proven ability to deliver improvements and drive value

Experience working in an operational environment with multi-discipline teams in distributed locations

Demonstrable results in a customer-facing role, delivering services to defined service levels
