A minimum of 10 years of IT work experience, including 6 or more years managing projects. Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions. Candidates with Certified Scrum Master & Project Management Professional Certificates will be given preference for this position. Understanding of SDLC and development methodologies including SCRUM and Agile. Understanding of and ability to create project artifacts and documents from undocumented processes and applications. Understanding of the Sprint Cycle, SCRUM artifacts, and development work on a Kanban Board. Collaboration and soft skills to collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels. Ability to understand and document development work to create User Stories and report on development progress. Ability to identify potential process, application, and project improvements, and document and implement changes as requested by Business Users. Extensive knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices both in theory and practice. Ability to lead development team members both as a team and individually. Proficiency with Kanban Board applications like Jira, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Azure DevOps. Proficiency in creating documents, diagrams, or write ups from undocumented processes or applications. Knowledge of financial systems and financial accounting.
