Requirements: Must have 7- 10 yrs experience designing & developing end-to-end technology solutions for events-Infrastructure Centric - (including networking, audio-visual systems, security, and connectivity) Strong familiarity with modern broadcast standards and technology, particularly ST 2110. Strong familiarity with modern video IP transport standards and technology, including IP codecs and transport protocol. Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals. Lead the engineering and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability. Experience in Agile methodologies for planning and delivering. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including data security and privacy. Plan and manage technology infrastructure for on-site and off-site co-location hosting, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, mentoring junior engineers and technicians. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
