Role: RPA/UI Path Developer Location: Iselin, NJ or Malvern, PA (Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UI Path to automate business processes. Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into functional automation solutions. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for RPA processes, including process definitions, design documents, and test plans. Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure high quality and reliability. Monitor and maintain RPA solutions post-deployment to ensure they operate smoothly and address any issues promptly. Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on RPA solutions. Continuously explore and evaluate new features and updates in UI Path to enhance existing automation solutions. Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and infrastructure. Adhere to best practices and coding standards for RPA development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on UI Path. Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python. Experience with SQL and databases is a plus. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
