As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive, user-centric design solutions. Responsibilities: Develop, Design and maintain a comprehensive design system that includes visual design elements, UI components, style guides, and interaction patterns. Create high-quality mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and design systems. Someone who understands User Needs. Product Design and Visual Design capabilities. Can look at the micro and macro experiences simultaneously. Ensure intuitive UX with a focus on Usability and Accessibility. Good communicator, who can communicate design rationale and be able to coordinate with other designers and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Visual Designer, UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design system and component design work. Expertise in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma or in Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools. Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices, with the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
