Lead Healthcare Business Analyst (Hybrid CTH Position) 3+ months hybrid contract (3 days onsite & 2 days remote from Day 1) Locals/driving distance to Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX (onsite/hybrid) Client- HCSC GC, GC-EAD & USC only Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree Any type of BA certification 10+ years of total experience as Business Analyst 5+ years of recent experience as Business Analyst in Healthcare Industry 3+ years of recent experience as Lead Business Analyst who can rally the team, foster collaboration, and ensure the quality of the work aligns with the programs goals and vision. Experience as a champion for change and process improvement, driving excellence in Epic and User Story quality and the overall Epic-User Story Life Cycle. Lead efforts to enhance the quality of Epics and User Stories, ensuring they meet predefined standards. Provide guidance and support to the teams on Jira best practices for efficient program management. Facilitate and coach others on how to facilitate well run meetings, ensuring meetings are productive and aligned with objectives. Identify opportunities to streamline the Epic to User Story lifecycle and implement efficiencies. Support the teams in forming cohesive working relationship and fostering a collaborative environment. Experience with SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
