This is a fully (100%) onsite position. NO REMOTE WORK! Normal Business Days/Hours: Monday Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm includes one-hour unpaid lunch) - 35 hours work week. Skills required: Minimum 5 years proven experience as Field Operations in Information Technology Experience in managing MDF and IDF technology rooms Experience working with various tools (e.g., MS Office including Project, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, PPM, SharePoint) Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure - Windows Servers, VMWare, Cisco Network Gears, Wi-Fi, VoIP, on prem Datacenter Center, Desktop, laptops, Smartphones, EPL Data circuits, UPS, PDU, Security surveillance systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform in a high-paced/high-pressure environment Ability to work independently or within a group to solve complex problems.
