Looking for them to work about 200 hours per month, could be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, could be some weekend work, but striving to not have them work more than 60 hours per week, and trying to stay around 200 hours per month, with some recovery time after working 2-3 weeks. Duration of a rotation will be based on how many hours per day, and how many days per week. The more consecutive days, at higher hours equate to more frequent recovery times.
