Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY, Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas, TX; Fargo, ND; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, IL; Lenexa, KS; Los Angeles, CA; Lubbock, TX; Topeka, KS ROLE SUMMARY We seek a seasoned Guidewire Automation Quality Assurance professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in QTP/UFT, Selenium Automation testing. The role involves leading a QA team across onsite and offshore locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system, integration, and regression testing, with a focus on Guidewire Policy Center applications. Required Skills: Guidewire Selenium or QTP ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a QA team across onsite and offshore locations. Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP/UFT, Selenium for Guidewire and Portal applications. Execute automated test cases, assess outcomes, and document test results. Analyze system specifications to extract test requirements and develop comprehensive Test Cases/Scripts. Partner with QA engineers to formulate and implement an effective automation strategy. Identify, document, and track bugs and errors, communicating them to the Development teams. Engage with cross-functional teams to promote Quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative and facilitate testing efforts for releases across multiple applications. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience leading a team. Proficient in QTP/UFT, Selenium Automation with a proven track record as an expert in the UFT Automation tool. Familiarity with a variety of automation frameworks, including Hybrid and Keyword-driven approaches. Proficient in VB Scripting. Experience in automating interactions with third-party applications, tools, and interfaces, especially those integrated with SAP and web portals. Prior experience with Microsoft TFS and Test Manager (MTM) is highly desirable. Specific Quality Assurance experience with Guidewire solutions in the P&C Policy lifecycle is essential.
