Job Title: SalePoint IdentityNow IT Support Professional Location: Minneapolis, MN [Remote/Hybrid] Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional with expertise in the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in infrastructure security and be proficient in managing, troubleshooting, and configuring the platform. Experience in cloud environments is essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Manage and configure the platform, including adding and removing sources. Ensure the security and integrity of the infrastructure on the platform. Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain and improve system performance. Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks. Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for platform management and support. Provide documentation and training to other team members as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience with the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. Strong knowledge of infrastructure security. Hands-on experience in support and configuration management on SailPoint. Experience with cloud technologies and environments. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
