Title: SAP HANA Technical Architect Location: Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term contract USC/GC only Key Responsibilities Architect and Design: Lead the design and architecture of SAP HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategies. Deep Dive into HANA: Provide expert-level knowledge in native HANA systems, going beyond the standard HANA functionalities to develop and implement custom solutions. Technical Leadership: Act as the technical authority on SAP HANA projects, guiding the team through complex technical challenges and ensuring best practices are followed. Custom SAP Landscape Management: Manage and optimize custom SAP landscapes, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. Integration and Migration: Oversee the integration of SAP HANA with other systems and lead migration efforts from legacy systems to SAP HANA. Performance Tuning and Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of SAP HANA systems, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals, to deliver robust SAP solutions. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide training and support to team members and end-users. Required Skills and Experience Native HANA Expertise: Extensive experience with native SAP HANA, including architecture, development, and deep system knowledge. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in SAP HANA, SQLScript, HANA Modeling, and performance tuning. Architectural Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale SAP HANA solutions. Custom Solutions: Ability to develop and manage custom solutions within SAP landscapes. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: SAP HANA certification or relevant technical certifications.
