Job role : Automation Architect with Tosca exp Location : Lisle, IL(Hybrid) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Automation Architect with significant experience in Tosca automation tools to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing automation strategies using Tosca for our projects. You will collaborate closely with development teams, testers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective automation solutions that align with business objectives. Responsibilities: Design and develop automation frameworks leveraging Tosca for functional and regression testing. Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tosca. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and recommend automation solutions. Evaluate existing manual test cases and identify opportunities for automation. Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of automation solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers. Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions. Analyze test results and provide recommendations to improve quality and efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation and Tosca. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an Automation Architect or similar role with a focus on Tosca. Strong proficiency in Tosca automation toolset, including Tosca Commander, Tosca TBox, and Tosca BI. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks. Solid understanding of software testing practices, methodologies, and principles. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Tosca certification(s) preferred.
