Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role with a focus on HFM administration. Deep understanding of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and its application in financial consolidation and reporting. Hands-on experience with HFM system setup, configuration, and customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in managing system upgrades, enhancements, and data migrations. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX) related to financial systems. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Hyperion Certification (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist). Experience in a multi-national organization with complex financial structures and reporting requirements.
