Infor Lawson is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software platform from Infor that helps businesses improve their key processes. It offers applications for human capital management (HCM) and ERP for businesses of all sizes. Must Haves: Bachelor's Degree & 5+ years exp Project Manager working with Infor/Lawson products Working exp with Lawson , Infor OS, LSF (Lawson System Foundation), IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) etc. Job Title: Infor/Lawson Project Manager Location: Alexandria, VA 22303 (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite- MUST BE LOCAL) Length: 12 months Responsibilities: Plans, manages, and coordinates projects involving business systems and software applications Serves as the primary liaison between technology end users, product owners, and business sponsors to fully define and document requirement specifications that address business and system needs. Partners with other project leaders, business end users, and technical teams to implement new software application initiatives and support the continued improvement of existing applications. Exercises leadership in the documentation of logistics, timeline parameters, project status updates, and milestone achievements. Supports project strategy through technical business analysis, design functionality development, stakeholder collaboration, communication plans, and change management. Oversees and maintains detailed project plan(s) to include documenting project parameters, tasks, required roles, communication plan, schedules, deadlines, timetable, milestones, required resources, and corresponding budget and costs. Qualifications: 5+ years of exp & Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent Working exp with Lawson , Infor OS, LSF (Lawson System Foundation), IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) etc Seasoned work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role Seasoned experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations Seasoned project administration and documentation experience Seasoned report writing experience Seasoned project management experience Good understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles Demonstrates project management and administration ability Good project skills which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments Demonstrate customer engagement skills Demonstrate relevant domain specialist knowledge Good verbal communication skills Client focused and display a proactive approach to solving problems Ability to work under pressure Ability to coach, mentor and provide guidance to team members Good understanding of project management principles Ayush Kumar | IstaffX LLC.
