Conduct detailed analysis and implement the solution. Define functional specifications and document business process flows. Configure and develop Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills to meet the organization's specific needs. Develop and execute test scripts for Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills. Manage data migration activities. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes. Impart training to users. A bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline. Overall 13+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM including 5 - 6 years of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementation project experience. Must have functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills and should have hands-on experience in implementing these modules.
