Experience in Agile methodology, including writing of user stories and acceptance criteria 2. Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) 3. Effective written and verbal communication, with the presence to lead meetings with key stakeholders. 4. Exhibit creativity, innovation, and the ability to multi-task, as this person will work on multiple projects. 5. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated We need a talented Senior Business Analyst to fill a critical opening in our PSS (Passenger Service System) SHARES team. We are working to completely transform and modernize our PSS over the next several years, which will result in an industry leading platform.
