Proven experience in solution architecture for P&C Claims domain and claim conversion. Strong background in data integration from various transaction sources. Ability to document user stories, use cases, and business process workflows using Visio. Experience in conducting JAD sessions for data mapping, transformation, and functional enhancements. Proficiency in creating data models and mapping data stages from mainframe to SAP. Expertise in profiling data and documenting ETL logic for end-to-end data flow. Strong collaboration skills with business and technology partners. Ability to evaluate risks and provide SME advice on requirement alignment and solution design. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with regulatory compliance and security measures.
