As a ServiceNow Architect, you'll lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with a proven track record in enterprise environments, and in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components. You'll need strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM modules, and experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential.
