REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 11 years INTERVIEWS: Webcam Only Must be local or nearby Washington DC Job Description: The client is looking for a Curam Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the client's technical workstreams and functional team. Complete Description: Skills: Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities Required 11 Years leading projects, ensuring they are in compliance with established standards/procedures. Required 11 Years Experience in Information Tech Project management and analytical skills on a mid-large scale IT project with a particular focus on the Change Mgmt. Required 10 Years Experience designing job aids and training scripts for both external and internal audiences. Required 8 Years Experience in Business Process Design and analytical skills. Required 8 Years Curam Experience. Required 5 Years Data Analytics Experience. Required 5 Years Proven ability to design and execute communication plans and work with internal and external staff in a diverse multi-tiered environment. Required 4 Years Experience with designing and implementing an accurate metric measuring system to gauge acceptance and knowledge of training sessions and manuals. Required 4 Years Experience in efficiently utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, especially (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Visio). Required 4 Years Training lead role, working as the liaison between stakeholders in the design & development of computer systems and policy training presentation material. Required 4 Years Exp. developing, maintaining, and administering online learning, stand-up training, and knowledge transfer through other methods. Required 4 Years Exp. producing and editing written documentation where appropriate for online learning, stand-up training, and knowledge transfer. Required 4 Years Experience operating in a Health Care related IT System. Highly desired 2 Years Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira and SharePoint. Nice to have 2 Years Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) and time-management ability. Required 1 Year Experience working on an IT project or a COTS package implementation. Required 3 Years Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required Responsibilities: Coordinates IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management. Plans, coordinates and monitors project activities. Develop technical applications to support users. Develops, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems. Provides training for system products and procedures. Performs application upgrades. Performs, monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real-time databases, real-time network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications. Troubleshoots problems.
