OR Option 2 1 Role: ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) Implementation Specialist Remote Job Summary: Client Job Title: ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) Implementation Specialist Job Description: Design and architect ServiceNow solutions tailored to the telecommunications industry, with a focus on telecommunication service management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to streamline telecommunication service management processes. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform Minimum two years of experience in ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and FSM Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
