Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience may be considered 7+ years of experience in Windows server administration Strong proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS 7+ years of experience in VMware virtualization administration Strong proficiency in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server Experience with VMware networking and storage technologies Knowledge of virtualization best practices and performance optimization techniques Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Technical Certifications such as MCSE or VCP are a plus 3+ years of experience in Citrix administration Experience with Citrix NetScaler for load balancing and remote access Knowledge of HIPAA best practices and compliance standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred: 5+ years of experience in the HealthCare Industry preferred Experience in cloud migration (Google or Azure) is plus but not required Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, or Google is plus but not required Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across data centers and offices in different regions. Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Liaise with local support teams, vendors to execute tasks and projects. Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of projects, staging, installation, and asset lifecycle management. Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions from ideation, cost estimation, and requirements gathering through to deployment and support. Develop and maintain relationships with business contacts to ensure problem resolution and facilitate system change management. Ensure all applicable corporate IT standard processes and procedures are followed. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement to strive towards operational excellence. Design, implement, and maintain Windows server infrastructure Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS services. Deploy and maintain virtualization technologies such as VMware (95%) and Hyper-V (5%) Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Windows server administration. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
