Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on WebSphere Application Server administration. Proven experience in middleware architecture and design. Leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams. Technical Skills: Expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server installation, configuration, and administration. Strong knowledge of Java EE, JMS, JDBC, and related technologies. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) and automation tools. Familiarity with other middleware technologies (e.g., Apache Tomcat, JBoss) is a plus.
