Represent the software development team to external teams, stakeholders, and customers. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and external parties. Demonstrate empathy towards team members and their concerns. Provide leadership to the team and inspire them to achieve their goals. Develop a vision for the team and work towards achieving it. Make sound decisions that benefit the team and the company. Negotiate effectively with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes for the team, the program and the company. What we are looking for: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems or Applied Mathematics, or equivalent education and/or experience. Experience planning and leading projects - all project phases (4+) Experience leading IT Projects of any kind - Infrastructure, Transformation, Application Development (5+) Knowledge of MS Excel including capabilities to produce presentations and data models including analytical tools (formulas, VLookUp, charts, graphs and pivot tables) (2+) Demonstrated analytical, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills (2+) Demonstrated experience producing and maintaining project documents and processes (3+) Ability to clearly and effectively communicate messages.
