Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management. Minimum 6+ years of recent project/program management experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to running large IT projects. Duties: Lead end-to-end project management for FINANCE initiatives, including planning, implementation, and execution. Ensure alignment of Finance projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Navigate complexities associated with Finance implementations and provide strategic guidance. Apply Agile principles, with a focus on Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and deliverables so that projects are delivered with machine-like predictability. Implement SAFe practices for large-scale projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels. Proactively address stakeholder concerns and maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Empower teams to take ownership of their work and continuously improve Agile processes. Drive a collaborative and transparent working environment. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for Finance projects, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans. Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives. Develop detailed program/project execution plans and manage all implementation processes, including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader within the IT department. Knowledge of ServiceMax Force.com development best practices Good understanding of SFDC Service Max Service Cloud Hands-on experience in ServiceMax configuration and customization Gather all business requirements and design technical solutions. Develop code in Apex, Smart Docs Visual Force, Configure SFMs and other modules SFDC Certification Dev 401 and ServiceMax Certified professionals required and SFDC Certification 501 preferred. Previous experience with distributed global team especially with offshore India team will be preferred. Requirements: 1. 9+ years of experience in at least three of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, Kafka, REST. 2. 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service. 3. 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks. 4. An expert in Go/Golang applications. 5. Highly skilled at debugging and root-cause analysis. 6. Well-versed in concurrency and parallelism. 7. Ability to design and document components of a complex system, Solid understanding of Microservice Architecture. 8. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. 9. Strong programming foundation with knowledge in Data Structures and Algorithms.
