Role: Sr. D365 Tech Architect

Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Contract

D365 CE and Power platform

Must have extensive experience with  Power Apps

Must be an Architect

Communication skills!!!

Role Overview:

             At least worked on two large end to end D365 CE or Power Apps - Model Driven implementation as a dev lead or Architect.

             Minimum ten years' experience in D365 CE or Power platform technologies or large transformation projects

             Sound knowledge in Power Platform including Power Pages, Model Driven, Power Automate, Power BI and Canvas Apps

             Writing technical specs/ technical user stories/design documents

             Security role and permission

             Deployment including CICD and test automation

             Configuration/Customization - BPF, Email configuration, Ribbon xml, Forms, views, etc

             Good understanding of coding best practices, help developers with skills in C#, building PCF controls, Azure Functions, Type Script, React (preferred).

             Web resources/External components reference

             Integration and data migration (using ADF) concepts

             Dataverse Entity, fields, publisher, etc.

             Business process Automation Plugin, Web API,, workflows, cloud flows, business rules

             Azure and AI fundamentals

             Coordination and guiding team

             Good knowledge in compliances - data, accessibility, UI/UX, Security

             Help customers define and document processes when they are not established

             Create detailed project scope documents for the customer, including both estimates for the tasks and the project schedule

             Lead and deliver internal sessions on best practices and new functionality and features

             Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes and user interface components

             Build project timelines, estimate level of effort, manage milestones, and adjust projects to keep on schedule

             Working experience in using Agile best practices/Scrum/Azure Dev Ops

             Provide regular updates to stakeholders on projects

             Partner with business teams to ensure that appropriate change management plans exist for the release of larger features

             Coordinate planning, communications, testing, and stakeholder management across multiple teams

             Verify that implemented solutions capture the benefits identified during planning

             Provide guidance to the development team

             Serve as an escalation point during outages or investigations

             Work with leadership to understand broader strategies for technology and ensure that implemented solutions follow best practices and contribute to long term vision for organization

             Good knowledge in compliances - data, accessibility, UI/UX, Security

             Experience working with Offshore team Communication skills and stakeholder management.

             Excellent communication skills.
