Workday Functional Lead (Onboarding) Woonsocket RI Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand and document onboarding requirements. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet business needs. System Configuration: Configure Workday Onboarding module to align with business requirements and best practices. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and notifications related to onboarding. Implementation and Testing: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Workday Onboarding module.
