Leading the development process by creating a product roadmap based on this vision. Managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to clients preferences Writing project specifications and user stories Communicating with technical teams and users to determine their needs and priorities Coordinating sprints Carrying out tests with the technical teams Validating or rejecting the results of the tests Preparing strategy and presenting ideas for stakeholders Serving as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders Looking after all the stages of product creation including design and development Before the product is released, each iteration is adjusted and improved.
