RACI Creation: Develop and maintain RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices for projects. Ensure clear definition of roles and responsibilities across project teams. Communicate RACI matrices to all stakeholders and ensure understanding and adherence. Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
