Position: Oracle HCM Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months MOI: Phone+ Skype Rate: $45/hr c2c Locals!!! *** This job is fully remote BUT candidates must be willing to go on-site for the first two weeks in Charlotte, NC for training Important Technical Skills: Oracle Cloud - Fast formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL and OIC Oracle HCM - 7+ yrs exp - majority of experience developing payroll modules Loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders On cycle / off cycle payroll process flows, GL costing and creating 3rd party files ***Experience with payroll integrations into ADP, Fidelity, or something similar ***System Integration Testing ***PL/SQL Important Soft Skills: Strong understanding of the payroll process Great people/ communication skills. This resource will be responsible for train team up on Oracle. Essentially looking for someone with SME level knowledge who is able to communicate that knowledge to teammates who are new to Oracle General notes from Client: The candidate will assist Payroll Technology Team with implementation of Oracle HCM on Cloud on the following tasks. Assist the Payroll Technology team in testing Payroll OHCM processes, identify and analyze bugs found during testing, and document them. Pay close attention to details when running the tests, documenting, and reporting results. Report any defects and collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program. The candidate will assist in implementing Oracle HCM on Cloud for the following tasks: Use Oracle Cloud methodologies to create new, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC. Assist in testing on-cycle and off-cycle payroll process flows, GL costing and creating third-party files. Assist in loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders for Payroll related items. As a team member, enhance product knowledge and user understanding of the system to the Payroll Technology Team. Load data using HDL and HSDL loaders for Payroll related items.
