We do have opening for our client, Role : Contact Center Engineer Location : Sunnyvale, CA Duration : Long-Term contract Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our contact center systems. The ideal candidate will ensure our contact center technologies are efficient, reliable, and capable of meeting the needs of our business and customers. Key Responsibilities: System Design and Implementation: - Design, configure, and deploy contact center solutions including IVR (Interactive Voice Response), ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), and call recording systems. - Integrate contact center systems with CRM and other enterprise applications. Maintenance and Support: - Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of contact center technologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center systems. Upgrades and Improvements: - Plan and implement upgrades to hardware and software to enhance performance and functionality. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements. Documentation and Training: - Document configurations, processes, and procedures. - Provide training and support to contact center staff on system usage and best practices. Qualifications: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in contact center technologies such as Cisco UCCE, Avaya, Genesys, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and other telephony protocols. - Experience with integration of contact center systems with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
