Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Analyst Location: Santa Clara, California Duration: 6+ Months Mandatory Skills: SAP Project Implementation: Minimum of 7 years specializing in FICO with expertise in COPC, ML, Cost Object Controlling, and Inventory Accounting. Business Process Consulting: Experience in problem definition, architecture/design, and detailing processes. Finance Functional Analysis: Strong FI/CO integration knowledge with other modules like SD/MM and PP. Hands-on design, configuration, and testing of core Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO). Full Cycle Rollout: At least 3 full cycle FI/CO rollouts and ongoing support in Inventory Management/Reporting, Material Ledger, SAP HANA, Product Costing, Manufacturing Costing, and Profit Center Accounting. Project Experience: oSD function: Sales, Billing, Pricing, Materials Management, and Production Planning. oProduct Costing: BOM cost rollup, Costing run, MTS material Costing, and MTO SO Costing. oCosting for Production order, internal order, and Sales order. oMonth-end closing: OH, WIP, variance calculation, result analysis, settlement, etc. oWorking with ABAP enhancement/report, BI/Business Objects/WEBi. Integration Testing: Participation and support in integration testing cycles, ability to resolve defects. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, effective teamwork in a global company, strong analytical and communication skills. Project and Talent Management: Ability to understand business requirements, manage timelines, and drive design issue closure to meet go-live dates. Certifications: SAP Product certifications are a plus. Travel: May be required based on job requirements. Strongly Preferred Skills: Data Analytics: Collaboration with Hadoop and Tableau for dashboard preparation. Functional specification preparation, design, and testing of Hadoop Tables and Tableau Dashboards. Upstream Module Knowledge: MM, SD, PP integration with FI/CO module. Nice to Have Skills: SAP Security Functions: Experience with SAP Security Functions. SAP Technical Upgrades: Support for SAP Technical Upgrades. Custom Interfaces: Experience in developing custom interfaces. SAP Activate Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and ABAP development/debugging.
