Prefers Sprinkler over the others. Need can complex technical projects, cross functional team meeting, pm plans, lead from the front. functional aspects being met, meeting scope and project . Using whole suite of Zendesk. Currently in preplanning planning stage . There will be some knowledge transfer. Internally working with ecommerce/CS/Care team/finance/legal/operations/web team/content management teams/training etc IT PM projects that have made the transitions. Been in PM leadership positions. Worked with various stakeholders within many different divisions. Strong leadership and PM experience Experience with IT transitions with 2-4 million dollar budgets PMP certification Project with run with Waterfall methodologies, Agile experience The main function of an IT project/program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and contingency plans Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Support, and other departments involved in the transition process Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues Manage project scope and identify potential risks or deviations from the project plan Ensure adherence to established budgets, timelines, and quality standards Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new systems Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly Train end-users on the new system and facilitate a smooth transition post-implementation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 7-10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or customer support environments Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Strong understanding of customer support systems, including Zendesk, Genesys,Verint and Sprinklr Experience working with on-premises call center solutions and cloud-based platforms Expertise in Agile methodologies, functional requirements gathering, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system transitions Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances PMP certification or equivalent preferred Keywords: information technology New Jersey IT Project Manager 2, Ridgefield, NJ(Onsite) [email protected] |
