We need strong program manager - Not technical Infra or devops PM but a non technical program manager who has understanding of IT Infrastructure business and does end to end vendor relationship management Vendor Managements, vendor performance OEMs like Networking - CISCO/Juniper Security - Palo Alto Hardware - Dell/HP/IBM Nutanix Cloud - Amazon/Google/Microsoft A minimum of 5 years of experience is working in Partner or Service Management Demonstrated skill in writing, documentation for internal publication. An Operations or CSM background with an affinity for establishing and measuring KPIs Experience with holding QBRs, Vendor performance tracking. Experience using Qualtrics is a big plus Cloud knowledge including Hardware, Network, Colocations, and Integrator services.
