Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: SAP FICO Lead Location:. Onsite - Houston, TX! Duration : Long Term Contract. Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT . Schedule will be 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Job Description: Provides specialized expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). Knowledge of other modules such as Treasury, MM and SD is considered an asset. Supports the implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring integration with other SAP modules. Develops a comprehensive understanding of our broader SAP ecosystem by learning and supporting various SAP modules in day-to-day operations. Responsible for gathering business requirements, developing, deploying and providing ongoing support for SAP S/4 HANA system. Works closely with business departments to understand their requirements and recommend process improvements within SAP, providing high-quality deliverables. Customizes the SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs and manage development projects. Manages user requests and support calls, providing prompt troubleshooting and resolution of SAP-related issues. Organizes and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of the system. Participates in SAP-related projects, coordinating with stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules. Experience in full implementation of SAP FI modules. Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation and delivery. WORK EXPERIENCE 10+ years of work experience in consulting company or within the IT department of an SAP Customer, delivering implementation and support services for various customers. Very good knowledge of financial business or controlling processes. Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI and SAP CO configuration Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules.
