This resource will work on Voice and SMS initiatives within our Customer Service space. Responsibility: Design, develop and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI Support and maintain voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers Ability to interface with Business partners as needed to drive towards implementation of AI solutions Experience: 8+ Skills: Minimum 2+ years of experience with Contact centers. 1+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow CX and Google Cloud CCAI Experience in supporting multi-site contact center implementations Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services such as Nuance, Google and Amazon Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Cisco CVP/WebexCCE experience is a plus.
