Day-to-day job responsibilities: This role is integral to our IT operational team supporting manufacturing activities and leads the cyber security efforts within our operational domains: Ensure routine security patching and endpoint protection are completed monthly, monitoring site progress and escalating issues when necessary. Provide technical support and expertise from Michelin manufacturing sites on topics including WSUS, Active Directory, Kibana, OCS Inventory, Symantec, and Microsoft Defender. Facilitate and manage urgent security vulnerabilities, communicating effectively with senior management. Monitor and resolve incidents and requests in the ServiceNow platform for the AME zone. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and update various IT dashboards (Excel and visual views). Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation with the operational team. Technical Environment: ServiceNow ticketing system Microsoft Office suite Splunk/Grafana for observability Problem management, investigations, resolutions, business cases Who is the internal/external customer: All internal infrastructure and application platforms. Size of group: Core team of 23 members, including: 3 domain leads Approximately 2-3 GTO SMEs per domain Approximately 2-3 transverse experts 4 Observability SMEs 2 Plant Security SMEs 2 regional SMEs 2 IT Plant Manager liaisons 4 technical experts 3 Must-haves for the position: 4+ years of operational IT experience, with a focus on cyber security. Proficiency in ServiceNow and creating visual dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including PowerShell, CMD line, and Bash scripting. Pluses for the position: Cyber Security certifications (COMPTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.). Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and present to non-technical audiences, including comprehensive meeting documentation. Understanding of Michelin IT GTO operations and proficient use of ServiceNow. Is remote work an option: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days/week onsite at Michelins N.A. Headquarters (HNA).
