Responsibilities: Build & Innovate: Develop cutting-edge web-based tooling with a primary focus on the client-side. Collaborate: Work closely with designers to translate creative visions into seamless user interfaces. Maintain & Optimize: Build and refine reusable Java/JavaScript/Node.js components that adhere to best practices. Problem-Solve: Deliver optimized UI/UX solutions by working collaboratively with design and back-end teams. Elevate: Continuously enhance development processes to improve productivity, product quality, and team efficiency. Mentor & Lead: Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science Experience: 6+ years of professional development experience, with 5+ years focused on client-side JavaScript 5+ years in API and backend programming Proven expertise in crafting complex layouts with CSS and HTML Experience building and debugging large-scale systems within a team setting Proficiency in modern browser technologies Solid foundation in Java or Python and object-oriented JavaScript Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and a positive attitude Preferred Skills: Academic Background: Computer Science or related field Performance Optimization: Experience analyzing and improving JavaScript performance Frameworks: Experience with React.js or AngularJS Advanced Web Technologies: Familiarity with WebSockets, Local Storage, or ES6 Design Sensibility: Experience in web design or application design Architecture: Knowledge of micro-services Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in Linux, Docker, and related tools. Experience with cloud-native technologies (gRPC, Helm, Kubernetes) a plus.
