Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead architecture and design discussions, providing expertise in ServiceNow best practices and recommending solutions for complex challenges. Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations. Implement and optimize ITSM processes, such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management, to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the configuration and management of CMDB, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data. Utilize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools to enhance visibility and understanding of IT infrastructure.
