In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Agiloft to configure, implement, and support various CLM modules. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our business. Your deep understanding of CLM processes, combined with your technical proficiency, will enable you to optimize our contract lifecycle management and drive efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead and execute end-to-end Agiloft CLM implementations, including configurations for Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations, and Sourcing modules. Tailor solutions to address specific business requirements. Solution Architecting: Design and architect Agiloft solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP, middleware, and third-party applications. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience in configuring various CLM modules and integrating Agiloft using Workato or Direct Integration Hub. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct use case sessions, and translate user needs into functional specifications. Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex contract workflows and issues within Agiloft, documenting solutions and implementing proactive fixes. Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for users and technical teams, empowering them to leverage Agiloft effectively. Project Management: Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Essential Skills: Agiloft Certification: Certified Agiloft CLM Professional with a minimum of four successful implementations. CLM Expertise: Proven experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Agiloft CLM, with a focus on Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations, and Sourcing modules. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Agiloft's architecture, configurations, and integration capabilities. Experience with Workato or Direct Integration Hub is a plus. Solution Design: Demonstrated ability to design and architect scalable Agiloft solutions that meet complex business requirements. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in contract workflows. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Desirable Skills: Integration Experience: Experience integrating Agiloft with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or other enterprise applications. Process Improvement: Knowledge of contract lifecycle management best practices and a drive for continuous improvement. Data Migration: Experience in data migration and cleansing within Agiloft implementations.
